Meeting "The conversation about the future always feels too early, until it's too late..."

Retrieved from Monday 25 November from 16:00 - 18:00 the collaborating care providers and Participe are organising a meeting for residents aged 65+ and their children. We will discuss your wishes and limits as you get older. What can you think about right now? What choices are there and who do you need to make them?

The meeting will take place at Ontmoetingscentrum Kastanjehof (Kastanjelaan 21, Amstelveen). Participation is free and a light meal will be served. Are you coming too? We expect a high turnout so registration is required.
