- The assistant will call you back as soon as possible
When can you use a callback request?
The callback function is intended for non-urgent matters, such as:
- General questions (e.g. about referrals or medication)
- Questions about repeat prescriptions
- Making appointments for simple operations, such as wart sticking or ear spraying
Do you have other medical complaints? Then stay on the line to make an appointment for the consultation hour with the assistant. In urgent or life-threatening situations, always dial the emergency line (key 1).
