Login to Your Care Online via DigiD

From week 52 you will be able to log in to Your Care Online using your DigiD. You can link your DigiD to your existing Uw Zorg Online account using the steps below. This only needs to be done once.

1. Go to your patient environment
2. Click on 'Login'.
3. Click on 'Log in with DigiD'.
4. Follow the steps of DigiD.
5. You will be asked if you already have an account for the patient environment.
6. Click on 'I have an account'.
7. Enter the email address and password of your Your Care Online account to add DigiD to your account.
8. From now on, you can log in using DigiD or your e-mail address, password and security code.

If you already have an account and log in via your username and password, you will automatically be asked if you also want to log in via DigiD.
