Shingles vaccination

Would you like to be vaccinated against shingles? The vaccination consists of two shots, 2 to 6 months apart. You will need a prescription for this, with which you can collect the vaccines yourself from the pharmacy. You then schedule two appointments with one of our assistants for the shots. You can easily arrange this by contacting our practice.

Cost of shingles vaccination

• Together, the vaccines cost about €400. You pay this cost yourself to the pharmacy.
• For making the injections, we charge the NZa rate of €31.86 per injection, bringing you out to €63.72 for both vaccinations. These costs are not reimbursed by the health insurer and are at your own expense.
