Callback request for non-urgent questions

Is the phone busy and do you have a question that is not a medical emergency? Then you can use our callback function. Call the practice via 020 - 453 82 71, choose key 5 for a callback request and the assistant will call you back as soon as possible.

The callback function is intended for non-urgent matters. You can use a callback request for such things as:

• General questions, such as about referrals or medication,
• Questions about repeat prescriptions,
• Making appointments for simple operations, such as for wart spotting and ear spraying.

Do you have other medical complaints? Then stay on the line to make an appointment for the consultation hour with the assistant. In urgent or life-threatening situations, always dial the emergency line (key 1).
