Making an appointment

All visits to the GP, practice assistant or doctor's assistant are by appointment. To make an appointment, please call between 08:30 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 15:00 on telephone number 020 - 453 82 71 or schedule an appointment via the patient portal Your Care Online.

At urgent please call 020 - 453 82 71 and choose option 1 from the drop-down menu.

Duration of consultation
The time we reserve for you depends on your request for help and is maximum 15 minutes. The doctor's assistant will ask the reason for your contact in order to properly assess the nature and urgency of your complaints. Like the GP, the assistant is obliged to treat your information confidentially.

We ask you to before making an appointment:

• the information on Home doctor consult, or
• the tool Should I go to the doctor? to be used.

Do you think you need more time, have multiple complaints or are you coming with more than one person? Please let us know when making the appointment. That way we can plan sufficient time.

If this is not reported in advance, the GP cannot discuss the remaining complaint(s). For this, you need to make a new appointment. In this way, we prevent the consultation hour from running too long. Thank you for your understanding.

Assistant consultation

For various minor medical procedures, you can contact the doctor's assistant, such as ear spraying, wart sticking, removal of stitches, urine control in case of cystitis and administration of injections. You can make an appointment for these during the assistants' consultation hour, which takes place three times a week:

• Tuesday from 13:00 - 14:30
• Wednesday from 08:15 - 10:00
• Friday from 13:00 - 15:00

Stay-away tariff

Can't make it to your appointment? Please let us know no later than 4 hours in advance via the doctor's assistant. Your appointment will be cancelled and, in most cases, you can make a new appointment immediately. No fee will be charged.

For appointments with the practice nurse (somatic or mental health), a cancellation period of at least 24 hours applies.

If you do not show up for your appointment without cancellation, we are obliged to charge a fee. The charge for a single consultation is € 25.00, and € 50.00 for a double consultation. For appointments with the practice counsellors, we charge € 50.00 because longer consultations or conversations have been reserved for you.
