Appointment office

All visits to the GP, practice assistant or doctor's assistant are by appointment. To make an appointment, please call between 08:30 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 15:00 on telephone number 020 - 453 82 71 or schedule an appointment via the patient portal Your Care Online.

For urgent please call 020 - 453 82 71 and choose option 1 from the drop-down menu.

Consultation duration
The time we reserve for you depends on your request for help and amounts to maximum 15 minutes. The assistant will ask the reason for your contact in order to properly assess the nature and urgency of your complaints. The assistant (like the GP) is obliged to treat your information confidentially. First check the information on GPinfo.nl or use the tool Should I go to the doctor? before making an appointment.

Do you think you need more time, have multiple complaints or are you coming with several people? Please inform the doctor's assistant when making your appointment, so that sufficient time can be scheduled. If you have not reported this in advance, the GP cannot discuss the other complaint(s) with you. For this, you will need to make a new appointment. In this way, we want to prevent the GP from overrunning the consultation hour. We hope for your understanding and cooperation.

Assistant consultation

You can visit the doctor's assistant for various minor medical procedures, such as blowing out ears, pinching warts, removing stitches, checking urine for cystitis and administering injections. You can make an appointment for these during the assistants' consultation hour, which takes place three times a week:

• Monday from 14:00 - 15:30
• Wednesday from 08:15 - 10:00
• Friday from 13:00 - 15:00

Stay-away tariff

Can't make it to your appointment? Please let us know no later than 4 hours in advance via the assistant. We will cancel your appointment and in most cases you can make a new appointment immediately. No fee will be charged.

Do you have an appointment with a practice support worker (somatic or mental health) and cannot come? Then we ask you to cancel it at least 24 hours in advance.

If you do not show up for your appointment without cancellation, we are obliged to charge a fee. The charge for a single consultation is € 25.00, and € 50.00 for a double consultation. For appointments with the practice counsellors, we charge € 50.00 because longer consultations or conversations have been reserved for you.
