Trainee GP Anna Gazendam

From 1 March, we welcome Dr Gazendam to our team as an elementary doctor. She has completed her medical training and is currently specialising as a general practitioner. An elementary doctor sees patients independently, but is supervised by a GP.

Recordings of conversations for training purposes

We may ask you for permission to record the conversation (consultation) you have with HAIO (GP in training) Anna Gazendam. These recordings are used exclusively for educational purposes and serve to improve the quality of care. Indeed, recordings from the consulting room are very instructive. Your privacy is respected at all times and the recordings are treated confidentially. Should you have any objections to a recording, please feel free to indicate this to Anna.
