There are still some pneumococcal vaccinations left after the vaccination round. If you are interested in receiving the pneumococcal vaccination, please contact us to schedule an appointment.

Addition: The practice is closed due to holidays until 30 December 2024. From 31 December 2024, you can make an appointment for pneumococcal vaccination.

From week 52 you will be able to log in to Your Care Online using your DigiD. You can link your DigiD to your existing Uw Zorg Online account using the steps below. This only needs to be done once
