You want to stay healthy and independent for as long as possible, so you can enjoy what is important to you. Fortunately, you can do a lot yourself to prevent falls, such as exercising your muscles and balance, eating healthily and getting your eyes checked regularly.

Patient portal temporarily closed
To ensure we can make the best use of our limited capacity for emergency care, the patient portal will be temporarily unavailable from 27 July to 14 August inclusive. You will be able to use the portal again from 17 August.
