Repeat prescriptions

Do you use the same medicines or devices for a longer period of time? If so, you will need a new supply after a certain period of time. You can repeat your medicines in one of the following ways.

1. Via the patient portal

You can easily request a repeat prescription via the patient portal Your Care Online. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the patient portal Your Care Online.
  2. Go to your medication list.
  3. Choose the medicine you want to reapply and submit your repeat prescription.

Your current medication is already ready for you in the portal. So you do not have to re-enter the names of your medicines each time you request them.

2. Via the prescription line (option 2 in telephone menu)

You can also request a repeat prescription over the phone. Call our number and choose option 2. The repeat prescription line allows you to speak to your medication.

You will first hear a brief explanation. Then we ask you to say your name, date of birth, the medicine you want and the dosage. Then you can disconnect.

3. Via the repeat service of Service Apotheek Keizer Karelpark

With this service, the pharmacy makes sure you always have enough medicines at home. You no longer need to think about this yourself. As soon as your medication is ready, you automatically receive a message. You can collect your medication from the pharmacy or, if you prefer, have it delivered to your home.

Signing up for the repeat service is easy via the form on the pharmacy website. You can also sign up in the pharmacy itself. After your registration, if necessary, the pharmacy can contact you to discuss your medicine use and agree on a suitable start time.

Once everything is set, your medicines are automatically repeated for you. So you no longer have to worry about your medicine supply.
