Make an appointment by phone

• To make an appointment, please call between 08:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 15:00 on telephone number 020 – 453 82 71.
• For SPOED please call 020 - 453 82 71 and option 1.
• A consultation lasts maximum 10 minutes and is meant to 1 complaint to discuss. If you wish to discuss multiple complaints, you should make this known in advance when making the appointment. If this is not done, the GP may not discuss the other complaint(s) with you. To do this, you will then need a new appointment make. By doing so, we want to prevent the GP from running out too much during consultation hours. We hope for your understanding and cooperation.
• The assistant may ask about the reason for your contact, to estimate the nature and urgency of your complaints and for the planning of the consultation hour. The assistant (like the GP) is obliged to treat your information confidentially.
