From 1 May 2024, changed opening hours of the front desk at the practice will apply. From 1 May, the front desk will only be open between 08:00 - 12:00. After 12:00, there will be no assistant at the front desk and the practice can only be reached by phone.
To make an appointment, please call the assistant between 08:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 15:30. After 15:30, please call the practice only in cases of emergency that cannot wait until the next day.
If you have an appointment with your GP in the afternoon, you can take a seat in the waiting room without reporting to the assistant.
From Monday 17 March 2025, we will be working with a new software system. To make this transition as smooth as possible, we will only be available by phone on Friday 14 March for emergencies. On this day, we cannot make appointments, carry out online consultations or process repeat prescriptions.
During the week of 17 March, waiting times on the phone and in the waiting room may be longer than usual, as our staff still needs to get used to the new system. We ask for your understanding.
